What is your moment of truth?
A community awareness session on Personal Finance & Budgeting was held on Thursday, 9 June 2005 at the Redbank Plaza Library. The session was presented by Queenslander's Credit Union, and the information session was followed by a question and answer session.
The session covered:
- Minimising fees
- Managing credit card use
- Budgetary advice
- The importance of a good credit reference
- How to create a personal budget
As a companion to the seminar, the Ipswich Library and Information Service has compiled links to relevant Web sites and periodical articles available online.
