Healthy Minds = Happy Children!

An introduction to Brain Gym (Educational Kinesiology) and the Positive Parenting Program for every parent of growing children

A Community Awareness Session entitled "Healthy Minds = Happy Children" was held on Tuesday 22 March 2005 at the Ipswich Library. The session included an introduction to Brain Gym (educational kinesiology) and the positive parenting program, geared toward boosting your child's learning ability and building self-confidence in parenting skills.

Presenters include Lorrie Howlett from the Ipswich Health Plaza and Cheryl Fraser from Brain Gym.

As a companion to the seminar, the Ipswich Library and Information Service has compiled links to relevant Web sites and periodical articles available online.
