Book an Info Coach

If you need help to find information or to use some of the library's newest technology, then Book an Info Coach for personalised assistance. This service is free to members of the Ipswich Library and offers:

• Expert help from staff specialised in your subject area.
• Tailored instruction in using library resources.
• A thirty minute (max.) session at a suitable time*.

Bring a friend
You can book an individual session or bring along a friend and learn together.

Study Pal
For a small group of friends (3 or 4) who want the same topic, book a Study Pal Info Coach. Just bring along your questions and get expert assistance to help you search our online databases or find books and news articles. Ideal for students!

NOTE: Info Coach sessions are designed to familiarise patrons with the basic features of resources available at the Ipswich Library.  For other training offered please see the Training Calendar.
