Participation Form

Do you have an innovative library program, project or event that you can’t wait to tell the rest of the library community about? If you do, please nominate for the 2007 Innovations Showcase to be held as part of the 2007 QPLA Conference in Ipswich.

The launch of the Showcase (proudly sponsored by Library AV Supplies) is planned for Sunday 16th September at 6pm in the Civic Hall and all displays will be available for viewing throughout the Conference. Those libraries wishing to participate in the Innovations Showcase please complete the form below, fax (07) 3810 6906, or email Narelle Rhodes by Friday 31 July 2007.
