Delegates InfoConference RegistrationIf you wish to pay by credit card online (via PayPal), please fill out the online registration form. If you are paying by cheque or EFT (electronic funds transfer), please use the print registration form (.pdf - 142k). One delegate registration per form. All amounts include GST. ConditionsRegistration: Will only be confirmed when full payment is received. A letter confirming registration and receipt will be sent to you. PLEASE NOTE that payment must be received before the Conference. Accommodation: Bookings are to be made directly with the place of accommodation. Ipswich International Hotel offers corporate accommodation rates and is located close to the Conference Venue. Other accommodation options are available by visiting Ipswich Tourism. Cancellation Policy: Full refund will apply to registration cancellations prior to 28th August 2007. An Administration Fee of 30% will apply to cancellations made after 28th August 2007 and prior to 6th September 2007. After 6th September 2007, unfortunately, no refund can be given due to costs incurred at this stage.
